Márton SULYOK

Areas of Practice:

Márton SULYOK JD, LLM in Anglo-Saxon Law and English Legal Translation and PhD in Law and Political Sciences from the University of Szeged, where he has been working for in different academic and management positions since 2007. He is currently a Senior Lecturer in Constitutional Law and Human Rights at the Institute of Public Law of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences (in Szeged), and the head of the Public Law Center at MCC (Mathias Corvinus Collegium) in Budapest.

He previously worked for the Ministry of Justice in Budapest and has been an Alternate Member on the Management Board of the Fundamental Rights Agency of the European Union (2015-2020) dealing with a variety of human rights issues, among others, contributed to the editing of the Annual Report on the Application of the EU Charter (now Fundamental Rights Report). Since 2022, he sits on the Board of Directors of the Athens-based international organization of the EPLO (European Public Law Organization) and since 2023 he is a member of the Scientific Committee of the EPLO, the European Group of Public Law.
